Our philosophy is simple: encourage breath and movement for a stronger community.
Workplace yoga promotes breath awareness (pranayama), meditation and a healthy posture. We strive to encourage movement and breath in the workplace for a happier and healthier team that thrives at work.
We offer 30 - 60 minute sessions practised on a chair or on a mat. You decide the session type and frequency. No special equipment is needed, any chair can be used and mats are conveniently provided, so no prior
experience or knowledge is required. In addition to our 30 minute plans we offer out of office sessions for those who want to experience full hour sessions.

We believe in simplistic methods of giving back with a significant impact.
We are committed to creating a positive social impact through our plans and seek to build a stronger world through community collaboration. We have designated 5% of our revenue to inclusive charitable organizations in the community. We aim to actively source organizations through self-education and through community input. Every year we will focus our efforts on one societal issue.
This year we have focused our efforts on charitable organizations whose efforts support survivors of domestic violence, including human trafficking.
